Week ending 10/28/2017

It is Halloween Week!

Starting Monday we will be participating in Halloween Week!
Here are some of our scary activities we will be focusing on.

Monday: Monster Math, please sign and send home field trip forms
Tuesday: Spooky Word Search and Story Time

Wednesday: Mask and Trick-or-treat bag decorating

Thursday: Pumpkin decorating with shapes
Friday: Pumpkin Patch feild trip, please pack a sack lunch.

Our weekly book will be Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson & Axel Scheffler.

Please check the HOMEWORK tab for the audio book link so you can listen along with your child at home.

Lastly, Halloween costume Dress up day will be on October 31st, Tuesday!

This week is Earth Week!

Starting Monday we will be participating in Earth Week!
Here are some of our fun activities we will be focusing on.

Monday: Seed planting
Tuesday: Outer Space and Neighbor Planets

Wednesday: Nature "iSpy" on school grounds

Thursday: Recuse, Reduce, and Recycle
Friday: Planet Earth Art collage

Our weekly book will be The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein.

On Friday the students will get to bring their seedling home to keep!
